TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2013
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Department Of Infrastructure, Ref 18/00363/D, for the Erection of advertising hoarding on northern platform recreating historical station feature at Platform Castletown Station Victoria Road Castletown Isle Of Man subject to compliance with the following condition(s) and notes (if any):
Note: The advice of the DEFA Arboricultural Officer is recommended as the trees are Registered.
Reason: In the interests of the protection of the Registered trees which create part of the character of the area within this Conservation Area.
This decision relates to drawings 01 received on 6th April, 2018 and Rev A received by email on 12th June, 2018 illustrating that the hoarding will be constructed from 150mm tongue and groove timber.

This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them in the name of the Minister and/or in the name and on behalf of the Department.

Any appeal against this decision must be in accordance with the criteria set down in that instrument.
