Hi Sarah This one didn’t leap out at me before. There’s a single reference to archaeological remains which has never been separately confirmed. Given the alterations that are proposed, I wouldn’t expect any archaeological impact and so we won’t be making any comment. Thanks for getting in touch. Dear Edmund, This application is for an extension to one of the farmhouses on the site and unlikely to be an issue for you but on The Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982 there appears to be an Ancient Monument very close by and I cannot find any reference to this and don’t know what it is. Can you help? Sarah
