Trees and hedges within 15metres The drawing below (scale approx. 1:200) shows the relative position of trees and hedges relative to the proposed works. The works consist of the formation of a first floor bedroom above the existing scullery. There is no change to the footprint of the building and no alterations to the foundations are proposed as a result of these works. The proposed bedroom and its roof structure are shown shaded on the plan. There is a small tree in position A approximately 5 metres high with a spread of about 2 metres radius. This tree is approximately 12 metres from the proposed works. There is an overgrown hedgerow along the line BC, approximately 16 metres from the proposed works at its nearest point. Because the foundations and ground floor are already in place, it is not envisaged that there could be any impact on the tree or the hedge as a result of the proposed works.
