TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure)(No 2) Order 2013
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by The Vicars & Wardens Of St Germans Cathedral, Ref 18/00140/B, for the Variation of condition one of PA 13/91514/B, Construction of a Lychgate along Derby Road to form new pedestrian entrance to Cathedral grounds which incorporates facilities for a relocated bus shelter, to extend the period of permission by four years at Land At St German's Cathedral Derby Road Peel Isle Of Man subject to compliance with the following condition(s) and notes (if any):
Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Reason: To ensure that the scheme is properly landscaped to reflect its position within the Conservation Area and adjacent to a Registered Building.
Reason: To ensure that the materials used are appropriate for its prominent and important location.
This decision relates to drawings 0804F/01, 0804F/02A, 0804F/03A, 0804F/04A, 0804F/05A, 0804F/06A and 0804F/07A all received on 9th February, 2018.

This decision was made by the Head of Development Management in accordance with the authority delegated to them in the name of the Minister and/or in the name and on behalf of the Department.

Any appeal against this decision must be in accordance with the criteria set down in that instrument.
Specifically, a valid appeal must be in writing, signed by the appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice. To further validate the appeal it must contain:
