The comment stated;
we previously commented on application 17/01079/B in regard to the fact that we live next door above the jewellery shop and that noise nuisance be taken into account at all times during any work. We were not aware before going on holiday that a further application in regard to the upper floors of 67 Strand street had been put in and only became aware on return of our holiday on 31st December 2017. Again we don't object to the work but would ask that during any works noise nuisance is adhered to and also can sound proofing be installed between the properties to stop any future possible disturbances.
