In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 4th August 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This permission relates to the erection of an industrial/storage building with forecourt car parking as shown in drawing numbers 1546-01, 1546-02 and 1546-03 date stamped 26th May 2011.

1. The units may be used for either light industrial (Class 5 of Schedule 4 of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005) or storage and distribution (Class 6 of Schedule 4 of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005) purposes only.

1. The building hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the car-parking and manoeuvring areas have been provided in accordance with the approved plans, and those areas shall thereafter be kept available at all times for their respective purposes.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

• Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
