TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure)(No 2) Order 2013
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr & Mrs Greg Wright, Ref 17/01043/B, for the Re-alignment driveway access erection of gateway piers/pillars at Copper Top Booilushag Ballajora Ramsey Isle Of Man IM7 1BD subject to compliance with the following condition(s) and notes (if any):
Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Reason: To ensure adequate measures are in place to reduce the level of surface water run off onto the estate road and beyond to the neighbouring property Rosemerryn.
This approval relates to drawings reference numbers 4A received on 3rd October 2017 and 01 & 7 received on 18th June 2018.
