Hi Helen, Dawn, From the Planning List 20 October and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and reconsultations, the following new planning applications have highway related impacts and will be subject to a separate response:

The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:
- 23/01149/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking, subject to parking, garaging, vehicular layout and access being conditioned for use before occupation and retained for lifetime of the development.
- 23/01154/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking, providing DOI Drainage Team are OK with the proposals.
- 23/01175/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider an EV charging point on the site to aid net zero objectives.
- 23/01178/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the site proposals are of low intensity and the access is in a rural low traffic area.
- 23/01203/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking, providing cricket balls can’t escape onto the public right of way trail and parking area when hit.
- 23/01207/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking.
- 23/01211/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking, providing there is not a significant increase in the number of wedding events.
