This application sought permission for alterations and an extension to a detached house at Thie Noa, Clenagh Road, Sulby. The property is a two-storey detached dwelling on the eastern side of Clenagh Road, north of the former railway line. The proposal included the demolition of an existing L-shaped conservatory wrapping around the south-eastern corner of the house. The application was withdrawn before any formal decision was issued.
