The planning application does not give too many details regarding drainage, just that it will go to existing drains. As there will be alterations to the kitchen drainage and in heavy rain a large run from the new extension
the new drainage should be of sufficient capacity to handle this, ensuring that all drainage connects to the main drainage system and none goes into the ground drainage.
